Available for at-home sessions, Pauline is a licensed Massage Therapist who performs relaxation massage and Reiki massage. Relaxation massage uses moderate pressure to work out any tightness in the muscles and positively impacts the circulatory system. Reiki is an ancient form of gentle healing that is the laying of hands on the seven chakras, or energy vortexes enabling energy to flow freely through the body. Trying to get pregnant can be very stressful, emotionally and physically. For the body to be as open and receptive to getting pregnant as possible, Pauline believes it needs to be at peace and this is where massage therapy can help.
